فلزات مدرن در سال1342 تاسيس گرديده اين كارگاه واقع در نزديكي ايستگاه وردآورد جاده مخصوص كرج مي باشد . <p class='MsoNormal' dir='RTL' style='text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida; text-kashida:0%;line-height:150%'><span style='font-size:18.0pt; mso-ansi-font-size:14.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Lotus' lang='AR-SA'>كارگاه 5 هكتار مي باشد كه شامل يك سوله بزرگ و در كنار آن يك ساختمان دو طبقه كه شامل دفتر كارگاه محل قرار گرفتن دستگاهها مي باشد . در پشت سوله يك محوطه مي باشد كه در آن انواع كوره ها از جمله كوره زميني - دوار - كوپل قرار دارد . بيشتر توليدات اين كارگاه شامل سفارشات چدن - چدن نشكن و آلومينيوم مي باشد . البته مس ،‌روي و برنج و برنز و غيره نيز هست ولي كمتر از اين سفارشات را دارند . عمده سفارشات توليدات اين كارگاه شامل كارتر روغن كمپرسورهاي 250 ليتري ، لوازم دستگاه آپارت گيري و پنچر گيري و سيلندر ماشين هاي سنگين و غيره كه اينها براي ريخته گري آلومينيوم و همچنين چدن ريزي براي انواع و اقسام قطعات ماشين آلات سنگين مي باشند . <p class='MsoNormal' dir='RTL'
